Define the operational need
Record staff count, desks, meeting requirements, storage, reception, pantry, toilet and equipment. The internal layout should be confirmed before the module size is fixed.
Check transport restrictions
Road width, bridge limits, turning radius, overhead obstructions, unloading and lifting determine practical cabin dimensions. Large offices may need multiple modules joined on site.
Choose the envelope
Panel thickness, roof insulation, floor build-up, glazing, shading and ventilation influence comfort. Hot locations may need stronger roof performance and cooling provision, while colder locations may require improved airtightness and insulation.
Coordinate services
Confirm lights, sockets, data points, distribution board, air-conditioning provision, water, drainage, toilet fixtures and external connection positions before fabrication.
Plan relocation
Relocatable cabins benefit from lifting points, reusable foundations, detachable service connections and durable internal finishes. Record dismantling and lifting instructions for future moves.
