Sandwich roof panels
Insulated roof panels combine external weather protection and thermal insulation. Joint design, fasteners and flashing details remain critical.
Color-coated roofing sheets
Profiled sheets can be economical, but a separate insulation and condensation-control strategy may be required for occupied buildings.
Standing-seam systems
Standing-seam roofing can provide clean architectural appearance and controlled long-run detailing when designed and installed correctly.
Do not forget rainwater management
Include gutters, outlets, downpipes, splash protection and safe discharge routes in the BOQ.
